Sometimes the stars align for an epic night – and this is how we kicked off the new year for Emily’s Bat Mitzvah celebration at Artbeam, the event space in the art gallery district near Chelsea Piers. I’ve known Emily for many years and photographed her older twins Matthew & Jessica.
This was an amazing collaboration with Anthony Taccetta and Allen Dalton Productions who helped to roll out the “purple carpet” for their guests.
Just when the party was jamming at full-tilt, none other than the most active male pop artist of 2014, Jason Derulo arrives on the scene to blow the roof of the place and send Emily, Jessica and all their friends into hysterics!
