Liya Kebede Fashion Model & Activist

I had an opportunity to meet, photograph and talk with Liya Kebede last week at the Cookie Magazine event at the Tourneau flagship store and came away inspired by her goodwill and tireless activism on behalf of her foundation to reduce maternal and child mortality. She's working with the World Health Organization as a Goodwill Ambassador to increase the visibility of Maternal Newborn and Child Health issues globally. I've been inspired recently by woman who are making a difference in the world - and Liya is definitely one of them. She's also really easy on the eyes.
